We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, specializing in trucks and buses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Team Management : Lead, coach, and develop sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets; conduct performance evaluations, training programs, and motivational initiatives to maximize team productivity Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales quotas, analyze market opportunities, and create action plans to expand market share in the commercial vehicle segment Key Account Management : Cultivate and maintain relationships with major corporate clients, fleet operators, and government agencies; negotiate high-value deals and ensure customer satisfaction and retention Business Development & Market Analysis : Identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activities, analyze sales data and market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management Operations & Cross-functional Coordination : Oversee sales documentation, inventory planning, and coordination with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency Values & Character Requirements Leadership : Inspire and motivate team members with strong coaching abilities and lead-by-example approach Integrity : Uphold ethical business practices and foster a culture of honesty and accountability within the team Strategic Thinking : Demonstrate analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions and long-term planning Results-oriented : Driven to exceed targets with strong business acumen and competitive spirit Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in managerial/supervisory role, preferably in commercial vehicles or automotive industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools; valid driver's license required #J-18808-Ljbffr
