Job Title: Sales Specialist Job Summary: A Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by understanding customer needs, providing product or service information, and delivering excellent customer service. They focus on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company’s products or services effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through leads, cold calls, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in Construction's & Manufacturing Company. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Skills and Attributes: Have your own motorcycle and smartphone Experience in building material sales preferred. Willing to travel locally. Can drive and have a driver's License is preferred. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Welfare: Motorcycle subsidies, Mobile phone fee subsidies, Christmas Gift & 13th Month Pay. Location: Brgy.
