As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a People Associate to strengthen our HR capabilities. This role will focus on delivering a high-quality employee experience and contribute directly to a culture where people can do their best work through effective hiring, operational support, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior-level roles Provide day-to-day operational support across key employee lifecycle processes (e.g. onboarding, regularization, performance reviews) Lead the conceptualization and implementation of process improvements to enhance the employee experience, as well as People Team operational efficiency and productivity Contribute to policy development, updates, and internal documentation Contribute to maintaining a team-oriented and high-energy office atmosphere Assist the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed At least 2-4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or start-up environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent task and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Execution-focused with a bias toward action and minimal need for supervision Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Highly competitive perks & benefits, including HMO coverage from day one, free catered lunches, MacBook Air provided, monthly fitness allowance, transportation & accommodation allowance, and more.
