Location: Taguig | Full Onsite Night Shift Schedule Monday to Friday Role Overview The People Solutions Senior Associate partners with multiple departmentsincluding Payroll, Operations, Human Resources (People & Culture), Talent Acquisition, and Benefitsto help enhance the employee experience across the organization. This role delivers a variety of HR support functions, such as administrative tasks, data entry, reporting, and documentation management. The position ensures consistent and high-quality HR service delivery for assigned teams and departments. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field23 years of experience working in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or in another HR-related role.Strong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databasesAbility to manage confidential information with professionalismHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinkingProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and across a global team DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service and Relationship Management Responds to inquiries from internal and external partners within 2448 hours with professionalism and a positive attitudeOffers outstanding customer service to employees and job candidatesDevelops strong working relationships through timely communication and problem resolutionWorks closely with Operations teams to support business needs Core Values and Communication Promotes company values of Compassion, Accountability, Advocacy, Inclusion, and ResilienceMaintains clear, respectful written and verbal communicationProvides thoughtful, constructive feedback in support of leadership and operational goals Work Product and Accuracy Delivers accurate, timely work and reviews outputs for completeness and qualityEnsures proper application of company policies and regulatory compliance in employee filesGenerates standard reports with information such as job titles, pay rates, locations, and employment status for Operations HR Systems and Documentation Maintains and updates employee records in HR systemsProcesses employee changes (e.g., promotions, terminations, transfers, status updates) accuratelySupports HR technology functions like self-service tools, onboarding workflows, password resets, and E-PARsTracks licenses, credentials, and education records across platforms like ProviderTrust (Passport), Samba, Vendor Proof, and ADP Legal and Compliance Coordinates with People & Culture to fulfill formal requests for employee records (e.g., subpoenas, employment verification, board inquiries)Ensures compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state labor laws and company policies Collaboration and Teamwork Partners with colleagues and leadership to identify and resolve discrepanciesWorks cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Payroll, Operations, Finance, and BenefitsActively participates in team check-ins, performance evaluations, and departmental meeting
