Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Market Research and Strategy Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies. Achieving Targets Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or a related role. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements Willingness to travel as required.
