Department Enterprise Analytics Employee Type Probationary Primary Responsibilities Build tools by developing statistical models, applying advanced statistical techniques, or using visualization to answer business questions, and/or improve processes. Analyze, translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders or propose solutions / improvements to stakeholders. Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers. Create reports and automate them. Analyze, translate and simplify requirements from stakeholders. Create and cascade model management frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics. Proficient in statistical programming – SAS, R, etc. Prior experience in R highly valued. Understands data, data structures. Good statistical aptitude, ability to story‑tell from data. Able to work and make sense of ambiguity in initial data or requirements. Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.
