Accounting Manager - Bocaue, Bulacan / San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan / Langkaan, Cavite

Job Description

  • Achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Conform financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
  • Maintain accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures; maintaining internal controls.
  • Avoid legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Meet accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accounting/Accountancy; CPA license required.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years in Accounting, Tax, AP, AR or GL.

Job Location

  • Bocaue, Bulacan; San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Langkaan, Cavite

Schedule

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay

  • 13th month salary

Education and Licensing

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (preferred)
  • CPA (required)

Ability to commute/relocate

  • Bocaue, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Accounting Manager - Makati, National Capital Region

Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, taxes); assist with quarterly/year-end audits; assess practices and implement improvements; prepare, review, and analyze financial statements; supervise GL accounting; develop staff; coordinate with external auditors; ensure timely closing and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication; strong leadership.

Salary

  • Up to Php30,000 per month
