Overview

You’ll take full ownership of financial operations, partnering directly with the CEO and senior leaders. From budgeting and reporting to mentoring the finance team, your work will shape how the company runs on both sides of the ocean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounting operations and internal controls
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage tax compliance with in-house accountant
  • Partner with PH Lead on cost/revenue forecasting
  • Prepare and manage budgets
  • Monitor accounting discrepancies and resolve them
  • Conduct financial trend analysis and risk assessments
  • Lead and manage finance projects
  • Contribute to financial strategy alongside department heads
Must-Have Qualifications
  • CPA (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Business Admin
  • 2+ years in a Financial Controller or Finance Officer role
  • Experience in shared services, outsourcing, or foreign-owned companies
  • Proficient in Xero, SAP, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable leading a team and managing stakeholders
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu or Davao (first month)
Good-to-Have
  • Experience managing both AU & PH financial compliance
  • Exposure to fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Coaching or mentoring experience
