Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it in a supervisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Salary: Up to Php30,000.00 per month

Finance and Accounting Manager — Manila, Metropolitan Manila

Responsibilities:

• Establishes financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information, and managing accounting staff
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation
• Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
• Contributes accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares action plans; implements standards; resolves problems; completes audits; identifies trends; determines system improvements; and implements change

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Minimum 5-10 years in accounting/finance; at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
• Experience with multiple legal entities and financial reporting
• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in accounting and tax software; MS Office; ERP systems (SAP, NAV)

Assistant Accounting Manager — Makati/ Pasay (Construction Industry)

Location: Makati City; Office in Pasay; 4 days onsite, 1 day option to work from home

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other reports for accuracy and compliance
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns; assist with BIR audits and IC verification
• Regular reconciliations of receivables and collections variances; reconcile balances per book and system
• Maintain confidentiality of financial reports and comply with new regulatory issuances
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years people management experience
• CPA board passer; non-CPA welcome if willing to take the board exam

• Amenable to work onsite in Makati
