The specialist assists in risk identification, assessment, mitigation, business continuity and incident management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policies, guidelines, and controls at the BU level. Execute programs to build risk awareness culture. Assess emerging and existing risks related to new strategic initiatives. Guide Process or Project Owners in identifying, assessing, and treating risks. Validate and ensure effectiveness of risk treatments. Perform post‑implementation reviews of risk treatments, analyze findings, and communicate insights to BU management. Design, plan, implement, and monitor the annual Risk Management program with top and middle management. Review risk assessments and develop risk responses with process owners. Monitor and review processes for compliance with overall risk management. Conduct periodic risk challenges to validate risk profiles. Facilitate risk management reviews and present risk heat maps, future risk controls, and indicators. Prepare and review mid‑year and year‑end risk reports (SRMP, KRI, ORMP). Design and implement ERM processes, guidelines, procedures, and platforms. Act as ERM subject‑matter expert. Implement Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) framework, policies, guidelines, and controls. Execute annual BCM program in coordination with management. Develop and update Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Strategy (BCS), and Business Continuity Plans (BCP). Plan and conduct BCP testing and exercises. Coordinate incident management and monitor incidents. Maintain BCMS through periodic reviews of BIA, BCS, BCP. Lead establishment of BCMS in all new facilities and coordinate audits to ISO 22301 compliance. Manage risk dashboards and reporting tools, integrating data from multiple sources. Analyze risk data, benchmark, and provide actionable insights. Ensure delivery of operational readiness during risk planning and resilience reviews. Manage and optimize risk planning and resilience team budget. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications At least two years of professional experience in the power industry or any highly industrial business, with relevant experience in risk management. Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 27000, COSO, FM Global, and other risk engineering standards, and familiarity with the insurance industry. Relevant certifications in Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, Insurance, or Business Continuity Management (e.g., RMP, BCM Practitioner, PMP). Position is available in Makati City.
