Project Manager – Scrubbed

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a healthcare IT system implementation project, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires extensive coordination with stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning project objectives with healthcare compliance and user needs.

Responsibilities
  • Developing project plans, overseeing system design and deployment, managing data migration and integration, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
  • Supervise training programs, facilitate stakeholder collaboration, and monitor progress through comprehensive reporting
  • Post-implementation, the PM will ensure efficient system operations, address issues, and support knowledge transfer
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare IT projects, with expertise in cloud-based systems, data migration, and system integration
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, RA 7875) is essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical for success in this role.
