What You’ll Do Strategize, build, and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns with budgets of $10k-25K+/month. Manage and optimize Ad Accounts Daily for full-funnel performance. Collaborate with creatives and account managers to turn strategy into winning campaigns. Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable optimization plans. Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, automation, and creative testing. Provide initial copy for ad campaigns and take initiative on creative ideas. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Google and Meta Ads experience , ideally in eCommerce and/or SaaS. Proven success with campaign optimization, scaling, and conversion tracking. Comfortable with tools like Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Shopify. Strong analytical skills with deep comfort in performance data and reporting. Great communication, able to explain results clearly and confidently. Self-starter with strong accountability, ownership, and reliability.
