Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, etc.). Experience: Proven sales experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on understanding production and manufacturing processes. Familiarity with commissary operations or food production systems. Previous experience with cold calling and generating leads in B2B sales environments. Experience in identifying target markets and tailoring sales strategies accordingly. Experience selling lubricants is an advantage but not required. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
