We’re hiring a Middle Business/System Analyst to design and re‑engineer scalable end‑to‑end operational payment flows – cards, transfers, clearing, reconciliation, disputes/chargebacks within regulatory guardrails. As the bridge between business and engineering, you’ll shape requirements (BRD/FRD), model processes (BPMN 2.0), own specs/data mappings/integration docs, and drive delivery in agile from planning through UAT, defect triage to demos. Bring 3+ years in payments (ideally international banking), hands‑on lifecycle expertise, and a proactive, detail‑driven mindset – we’ll be happy to talk. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and re‑engineer existing payments operations and business processes (payments, cards, clearing, reconciliation, settlements, disputes, chargebacks) to improve efficiency and scalability. Design and define new operational and product workflows aligned with business goals and regulatory constraints. Elicit, structure, and validate business, user, and non‑functional requirements to ensure alignment between stakeholder expectations, regulatory needs, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, decompose, and track delivery across the full development lifecycle. Develop and maintain clear documentation and artifacts: specifications, data mappings, role models, integration descriptions, BPMN 2.0 diagrams, acceptance criteria, and test cases. Prepare and deliver demos and training for new solutions or enhancements; support UAT, handle defect triage, and provide hyper‑care and ongoing user support. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to maintain shared understanding, traceability, and clarity of scope. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in Payments, preferably in an international banking environment. Experience with payment services or systems and end‑to‑end payment lifecycles. Proven expertise in designing and optimizing complex, efficient business processes and systems (including BPMN‑based process modeling and writing BRD/FRD). Strong understanding of agile methodologies and hands‑on experience working in agile development teams (Jira/Confluence or equivalents). Experience with operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and compliance is a strong plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong organization and attention to detail.
