Job Title Data Entry Executive (Part-Time, Home-Based) Job Summary HK Consultancy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations. Responsibilities Inputting and updating data into our database systems with precision and attention to detail. Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents. Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors. Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Qualifications and Requirements Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is required. Working Hours Part-time position, flexible hours, to be discussed with successful candidate. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficiency in data entry and database management. Understanding of data quality standards and best practices.
