Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing remote operations team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining large volumes of data into our digital systems. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere in the Philippines with flexible hours. The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Accurately input, verify, and manage data in various internal systems and databases. Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Retrieve and organize information as required by project managers or team leads. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and data visualizations when needed. Identify and correct data entry errors promptly. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure data alignment and quality standards are met. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proficient in Microsoft Excel , Google Sheets , and other data management tools. Excellent typing speed and accuracy . Strong organizational and time management skills. Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop. Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is preferred. Fresh graduates with excellent computer skills are encouraged to apply. Working Hours Flexible working hours based on project requirements. Options available for full-time or part-time schedules.
