What You'll Be Doing Develop and implement materials forecasting and inventory control systems to ensure efficient procurement and availability of materials Analyze historical data, current market trends, and production schedules to accurately plan materials requirements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve materials‑related issues, minimizing delays and disruptions Continuously monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock movements, and storage to reduce costs and improve workflow Prepare materials reports and presentations to inform strategic decision‑making Implement and oversee materials management policies, procedures, and best practices Provide training and support to production and logistics personnel on materials planning and control What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in a materials planning or supply chain role, preferably in the construction industry Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities Proficient in the use of materials planning and inventory management software, such as ERP systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment Keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Manufacturing Industries Construction If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to excel as a Material Planner (Industrial Engineer) at MDCC, we encourage you to apply now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
