Assist in the conduct of training, safety orientations, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational safety regulations, and company standards. Liaise with government agencies (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.) for reporting and compliance requirements. Prepare HR reports, headcount summaries, and other documentation for site and corporate use. Support welfare programs and engagement activities for site-based employees. Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 12 years of experience in HR roles such as recruitment, employee relations, or payroll. Knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and company policies is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with employees and management. Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Ability to handle employee grievances and conflict resolution. Attention to detail in maintaining employee records and documentation.
