Overview

Technical Business Analyst (End User Analytics) – ERNI Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • The Technical Business Analyst (End User Analytics) will provide operational and analytical support for planning and governance activities under the Change, Communications, and Capability (C3) function. This role involves supporting departmental initiatives and reporting requirements to enhance change management processes.
  • Collaborate with change managers, product managers, and business units to understand reporting needs.
  • Identify key metrics for evaluating the success of change initiatives.
  • Prepare and gather data from various sources for end user analytics.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor change campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights for change management decisions.
  • Utilize data storytelling techniques to present change progress to stakeholders.
  • Provide support and guidance to users on accessing and interpreting reports.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to align analytics outputs with strategic objectives.
  • Support internal team governance by developing and evolving KPI reports and management workspaces.
  • Assist with analytics and reporting for corporate results frameworks and digital capability development.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of internal reporting processes and governance tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization, and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Experience integrating banking systems with third-party applications.
  • Understanding of Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms.
  • Knowledge of financial transaction processing and compliance.
  • Familiarity with secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with IT governance or change management is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly regulated financial environment.
  • Experience in multilateral or development institutions is desirable.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Reporting and Coordination
  • The Business Analyst will report to the assigned Manager and work closely with project/product teams, technical and business SMEs, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Weekly status reports and technical updates will be provided.
  • Compliance with security, risk, and regulatory guidelines is mandatory.
Location and Schedule
  • Location: Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (1x onsite / week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manila Time
