Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our ERP project team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with project goals. You will play a critical part in blueprinting current processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document clear, complete, and aligned business and functional requirements; lead blueprinting sessions to map current-state processes, identify gaps, and design future-state processes.
• Facilitating Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and ERP specialists.
• Process Optimization: Assess current ERP processes and propose enhancements for efficiency, scalability, and user satisfaction; recommend best practices leveraging Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
• Business Requirement Conversion: Work with the Product Owner to convert gathered requirements into actionable business requirements and prepare client presentations.
• Prioritization Collaboration: Partner with SWA, PO, and Project Lead to prioritize tasks based on project timelines and client needs.
• Supporting Agile Delivery: Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams; participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure requirements are understood and actionable.
• Backlog Refinement: Facilitate backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
• User Stories: Write user stories and acceptance criteria, identify edge cases, and ensure clear definitions of done.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical software development environment.
• Strong ERP experience, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics (must-have).
• Process Modeling: Proficiency in creating process flows, swimlane diagrams, and use cases (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience blueprinting – mapping current processes, identifying gaps, and designing future-state solutions.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements; proficient in BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• ERP Functional Knowledge across modules (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) and cross-module dependencies in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative requirement sessions; exposure to international clients, ideally in the European market.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP).
