Responsibilities
  • Assist with the bookkeeping and reporting of funds and associated fund structures.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly NAVs.
  • Liaise with fund managers, brokers, and custodians to communicate information and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with monitoring and delivering finance & compliance related KPIs.
  • Calculate management fees, equalization charges, and performance fees ensuring requirements of key documentation (LPA/PPM) are followed.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the ongoing management and development of the division.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual statutory financial statements.
  • Work with more complex fund structures and ensure relevant information is provided to TA, depositary, and Fund Manager.
  • Learn and implement best-practice use of private equity accounting software, reporting, and other tools.
Your Profile
  • 1–2 years of experience in asset management (fund houses, fund administrators, or Big 4) is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS is advantageous.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an international team; team player with a positive attitude.
  • Interest in learning and developing a career in fund administration in Philippines and other international offices.
