We are looking for a results-driven Product Performance Senior Manager to lead strategic programs that drive the success and growth of our B2B products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Operations, and other leaders—to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and delivery of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business, product, and operational goals into clear execution plans.

• Lead and manage strategic programs to ensure effective implementation.

• Collaborate with product, operations, and other teams to align priorities and deliver results.

• Provide decision support and insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

• Identify risks, roadblocks, and delays, and work with teams to develop solutions.

• Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing key areas and enabling realignment of the product roadmap.

• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and maintain productive communication among stakeholders.

• Manage program cadences and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in product management, fintech, technology, financial services, or eCommerce.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional projects and teams.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of data analysis, business risk management, and change management.

• Ability to think critically and strategically, with a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with program/project management and facilitation of discussions/workshops.

• Work with a dynamic team driving fintech innovation.

• Play a key role in shaping product performance and company growth.

• Collaborate with leaders across multiple functions and business units.
