Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily production operations, including production lines, assembly, and quality control, to ensure output meets established targets for quality, quantity, and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation plans to optimize efficiency and meet delivery commitments.
  • Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment.
  • Establish and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure all products meet or exceed company and customer standards. Lead efforts to address any quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, including line managers, production supervisors, and factory workers. Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement on the factory floor
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, engineering, and quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
  • Optimize production processes
  • Prepare and present reports on production performance, cost analysis, and improvement initiatives to senior management
  • Ensure production output aligns with forecasted demand, lead time requirements, and customer delivery schedules. Proactively manage capacity, labor, and material flow to maintain productivity and meet operational targets.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software
