Operations Manager

Position Title: Operations Manager Work Set Up: Work From Home Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown: We are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Operations Manager (AI & Technology Focus) who will lead the organizations digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives. This role will design and implement AI-driven systems, workflow automations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of operational leadership, AI fluency, and systems thinking, aligned with the companys mission of regenerative placemaking and sustainable development. What Youll Do: Oversee and optimize the organizations operational processes and workflows through automation and AI integration. Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge bases to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with department heads to identify operational gaps and deploy AI agents and tools to streamline daily activities. Implement data-driven strategies to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Manage system migrations, digital tools, and integration across business units. Support leadership with insights, dashboards, and process innovation aligned with strategic goals. Partner with the technology and marketing/software teams to ensure a unified AI and automation strategy. What Were Looking For: Bachelors degree in Operations, Business Management, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or digital transformation. Proven experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion AI, or similar). Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives. Excellent English communication skillsboth written and verbal. Experience in social impact, sustainability, or regenerative development sectors preferred.
