Job Title: Demand Planner / Replenishment Buyer Job Location: WalterMart Head Office - North Edsa, Quezon City Job Summary We are looking for a Demand Planner / Replenishment Buyer who will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels of SKUs to meet customer demand across all WalterMart Supermarket branches. This role plays a critical part in inventory planning, purchasing, and stock availability while maintaining service level targets and reducing aging inventory. Key Responsibilities Handles the ordering parameters and maintains an updated E3 master file based on the per category. Maintains and delivers per the agreed timeline per vendor. Maintains the store service level of top SKUs for at least 97%. Proper forecasting of the SKUs according to season. Coordinates and aligns with the Category Managers/Buyers for the promotions and activations. Monitors aging and zero offtake from stores. Closely coordinates the move out plan of the aging inventories. Reports generation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, material planning, buying, or purchasing. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
