Marketing Supervisor or Assistant Manager - Onsite The Marketing Manager will lead digital and traditional marketing efforts. She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement and increase sales. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will take assignments from Business Unit head and be responsible for the assigned workload. Tasks and Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing digital strategies including SEO, SEM, PPC and email marketing. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. Manage social media campaigns across platforms. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go‑to‑market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics. Oversee content marketing strategies, blogs, videos, and infographics. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support. Monitor and analyze website traffic and digital campaign performance. Conduct research and manage collaborations with influencers and target brand ambassadors. Present ideas and final deliverables to Business Unit Head about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets. Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry needs. Develop and execute marketing campaigns through print and outdoor advertising. Organize and oversee promotional events, trade shows and sponsorships. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for offline marketing initiatives. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures and direct mail campaign. Perform other tasks assigned or required by the Management. Requirements Digital marketing and traditional marketing experience. Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and social media platforms. Skills in developing strategies to introduce and innovate Corporate Communications, Branding, PR, and Digital Marketing assets. Established press and media contacts. Ability to formulate positioning and growth strategies and analyze performance for forward directions. Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
