Role Overview

The Financial Analysis Associate Manager supports business decision-making through financial analysis, process evaluation, and KPI tracking to drive profitability and growth. The role involves analyzing trends, industry dynamics, and resource utilization to identify opportunities and risks. Reporting to the Financial Analysis Senior Manager, the ideal candidate has experience in value chain analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and interpreting key financial ratios. The role collaborates with Procurement in planning the business plan for materials, supply chain, and indirects. It ensures accuracy in reporting procurement savings (P&L and avoidances), hedging results, and other KPIs, and supports regular tracking and reporting of these metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Management Reporting
  • Ensures accurate management reports (month-end and mid-month) are prepared and released to aid decision making.
  • Produces monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • Drives standardization, automation, and enhancement of financial analysis, reporting, and planning processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop Financial Modelling and Analytical Tools
  • Develop analytical tools that generate relevant information to improve business results and help the company reach NSR, OI and ROIC targets.
  • Lead development and review allocation models to analyze profitability by brand, pack and service model.
• Product Post Launch Analysis
  • Analyze impact of product launches and strategic projects on total company performance.
  • Conduct post-launch reviews and provide recommendations on continuing, terminating, or extending initiatives.
• Capital Analysis
  • Support capital projects by evaluating propositions with metrics such as NPV, IRR, and Payback.
  • Drive ROIC analysis to influence capital allocations for growth and efficiency.
  • Perform post-analysis of capital investments against original business propositions.
• Procurement Finance
  • Plan the overall business plan with Procurement on materials and SC & indirects.
  • Ensure procurement savings and other KPIs are accurate; track and report these savings.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Handle confidential pricing protocol agreements (IPP) and develop financial framework and playbooks for profitability and cash flow improvement.
  • Coordinate with OU Finance to align financial frameworks and process maps; liaise with stakeholders to interpret operating results.
  • Prepare reports for senior leadership to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BS Accountancy.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Extensive experience in financial modelling and data analysis using spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in developing, implementing and assessing company strategy.
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, MS Dynamics, BCS).
• Experience in continuous improvement projects related to financial planning and forecasting.
