Job Description

  • Must have 1 yr BPO experience
  • HS Grad / College Level
  • Must have at least 25 Mbps internet connection
  • TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME; MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON SITE

Salary: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

  • Benefits: Health insurance; Opportunities for promotion; Paid training; Work from home
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift
  • Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; Performance bonus

Experience & Language

  • Experience: Customer Service Representative: 1 year (required)
  • Language: English (preferred)
Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Bridgetowne

Location: Bridgetowne

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • HS Graduate / SHS / College Graduate or Undergraduate
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Willing to start ASAP

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month

  • Excellent communication skills; Amenable to onsite work
  • Start date: ASAP

Salary: Php17,000.00 per month

Customer Service Team Lead (Local Account) - Pasig

Company: Transec BPO Solutions Inc. / Location: Pasig

  • Job Objective: Provide leadership, coaching, support, and guidance to a team of Customer Service Associates to exceed performance metrics
  • Essential Functions: Manage team performance, communicate updates, manage attendance and conduct, handle escalations, create client reports, train new associates
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s/College degree preferred; 1 year supervisory experience in call center; strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Customer Service Rep - Local Account & Dayshift

  • Job Objective: Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and follow-ups; coordinate with client team
  • Essential Functions: Answer inbound calls; log calls in CRM; identify concerns and provide solutions; coordinate with branches to resolve issues; escalate when needed
