Position Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, increase market share, revenue, and profitability. They lead the creation of marketing collateral, manage digital marketing campaigns, plan and execute promotional events, and collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions. The Senior Marketing Manager tracks key performance metrics and manages relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities.

Onsite at Zuellig Building, Makati

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute internal and external events (trade shows, conferences, webinars, etc.) to promote Netrust Philippines' solutions, strengthen relationships, and showcase industry leadership.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage event logistics, content, and promotions.
  • Develop and manage event and marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications, aligning with leadership on brand strategy.
  • Oversee press releases, blog posts, and other materials to support brand identity.
  • Partner with sales and tech teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals such as growth in market share and revenue
  • Monitor key metrics like social media engagement, website traffic, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and emerging technologies to optimize strategies.
  • Lead the analysis of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage but not required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the same industry of IT / Systems & Solutions Integrator
  • Proven experience in leading marketing teams, developing strategies, and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tool
  • Expertise in content creation and copywriting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
