Telecommunication Systems Consultant

Job Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to administer our SharePoint Online tenant Provide end-user support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva Engage and other M365 collaboration tools Implement and promote governance solutions to support and enforce strong data governance and content management best practices, with a focus on AI capabilities and optimization Design and build custom solutions for reporting and administrative requests related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Viva Engage Leverage AI to analyze usage and support trends Create and maintain reference and troubleshooting documentation for all supported M365 collaboration tools Actively engage with end-users to address questions and promote best practices via Viva Engage communities Evaluate changes to SharePoint capabilities and make recommendations for adoption or accommodation Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
