Helpdesk and Technical Support Supervisor

Salary: PHP 30,000 - 35,000 (up to PHP 40,000 with 20% Night Differential)
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Mostly Night Shift)

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for customer service? We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to manage a dynamic customer service team and improve daily operations
What You'll Do:
- Supervise customer service across call centers, online chat, and text support
- Oversee operations in distribution centers and walk-in service facilities
- Act as the liaison between customers, production, and distribution teams
- Provide both technical and non-technical support to customers
- Mentor and guide a team of customer service professionals
- Drive continuous improvements and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in customer service operations
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, mostly night shifts
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus
