Drive company revenue by managing customers, achieving sales quotas, and promoting effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong business relationships while identifying new marketing and sales opportunities. Represent the company in events, tradeshows, and seminars to generate leads and track market trends. Monitor consumer, competitor, and market insights to support sales planning and strategy. Lead people management initiatives including performance reviews, recognition, and target delivery. Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learning through trainings and development. Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head while demonstrating strong organizational and customer service skills.
