Sales Recruiter - Assistant Sales Support at ISOC Land, Inc.As a Sales Director, your focus is to lead and manage the over sales for I- Land’s properties. This includes recruiting, accrediting and overseeing a team of Sales Managers and Property Specialists to meet defined sales performance targets.
Responsibilities- Recruit, accredit, and manage at least 5 Sales Managers, each with at least 5 active Property Specialists for I-Land projects.
- Coach and assist Sales Managers and Property Specialists in sales processes and activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand prospective buyers and partner networks.
- Recommend sales strategies, promotions, incentives to help teams achieve targets.
- Implement I-Land’s sales policies, guidelines, and procedures across all teams.
- Ensure strict use of the NOAH sales system for reporting.
- Track and review performance of Sales Managers and Property Specialists on a monthly basis. Collate and submit weekly sales performance reports every first working day.
- Report sales activities to I-Land Sales Head immediately or within prescribed deadlines.
- Manage account cancellations and minimize aging accounts by reminding brokers and buyers of due dates.
- Ensure 100% participation of teams in selling activities and training programs.
- Report to I-Land offices and showrooms as required, unless otherwise approved.
- Perform other related tasks as required by I-Land.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working with a team.
- Experienced and effective at coaching, motivating, guiding and empowering a team.
- Willing to work weekends, holidays, and conduct fieldwork as needed.
