Job Summary The Field Sales Agent supports the Regional Sales Manager in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. Responsible for complying with the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and building professional sales techniques in order to develop a long‑term working relationship with the customer. Responsibilities Support the Regional Sales Manager in meeting sales objectives for the district. Adhere to AKS parameters and develop professional sales techniques. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers. Handle existing accounts and identify/establish new account opportunities. Perform full‑time field work. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (four years course, college level, vocational diploma, short courses). Experience selling construction‑related products is an advantage. Knowledge of and wide range of clients in general trade (hardware stores) is an advantage. Experience handling existing accounts and creating/opening new accounts.
