WHAT IS A/AN PROGRAM & SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level eCommerce Sales Coordinator to support our growing Constellation eCommerce team. This role will be responsible for pulling and organizing sales data, analyzing trends to support sales growth, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting in reorder processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, is comfortable working with data, and has an interest in how eCommerce programs are optimized and managed. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Sales Data Reporting: Pull and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from internal systems and third-party platforms. Prepare clear, accurate reports and dashboards for Program Managers to support strategic decision-making. Prepare clear,a ccurate reports and dashboards for our client Analytics & Insights: Analyze Google Analytics and other site performance tools to identify customer behavior trends, traffic drivers, and opportunities for sales growth. Assist in providing actionable insights based on site engagement and conversion data. Inventory Management Support: Monitor inventory levels across multiple brands and flag low-stock or out-of-stock items. Identify seasonality trends for inventory optimization and in stock selling. Support the reorder process by compiling sales history, forecasting demand, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Program Managers, Operations, and Merchandising to ensure sales strategies and inventory plans align with business goals. Additional responsibilities: Assist with the execution of promotional campaigns and new product launches as needed. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts) and Google Workspace tools. Familiarity with Google Analytics or a willingness to learn. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for working with data. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Previous internship or coursework in eCommerce, retail, or analytics is a plus but not require #J-18808-Ljbffr
