Overview

We are seeking a Sales Information Analyst to transform data into insights that drive strategic decision-making and sales performance . This role is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver actionable reports, track KPIs, and provide recommendations that enable smarter business decisions. You’ll thrive if you’re detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about turning numbers into meaningful stories that influence strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Consolidate, analyze, and interpret sales data to support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Deliver actionable reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve sales performance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data insights into strategic actions.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Business acumen with understanding of sales processes and their impact on business performance.
  • Collaboration and communication skills to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work setup: Comfortable in a hybrid work arrangement, with majority of time onsite at our headquarters.
