Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence to appropriate parties.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with other administrative staff to facilitate seamless office workflow.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Draft and edit emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and various departments within the organization.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
- Drive the CEO to various locations as required, including meetings, appointments, and events
- Navigate efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fresh Grad are welcome.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
