Your Role Review architectural and construction drawings to perform detailed plan take‑offs for bidding purposes. Prepare accurate cost estimates for bids, proposals, and ongoing projects using our estimate template. Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and materials needed. Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop competitive pricing strategies. Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records of estimates, bid documents, and revisions. Non‑negotiables 2–5 years of estimating experience in construction, cabinetry, or design environments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings. Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimating and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Cabinet Vision). Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments. Preferred Skills Background in architecture, engineering, or construction management. Experience with kitchen and bath cabinet design or prior work in a kitchen and bath company. Proficiency in specialized software like Cabinet Vision. Engineering or sales background with hands‑on Salesforce experience.
