We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Sales Administration professional to join our team remotely. This hybrid role is key in bridging technical accuracy with customer-focused service, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent client experiences. What You’ll Do Review and analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accurate quantity take-offs Prepare detailed and competitive quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements Support the sales team with pricing, technical queries, and proposal preparation Process customer orders, ensuring all job details are documented and communicated correctly Provide responsive customer service via phone and email, maintaining strong client relationships Liaise between clients, sales, and production to ensure timely delivery of projects Suggest value-engineering options and product substitutions where appropriate Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure 100% accuracy in quotations, documentation, and order management Prepare and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports, ensuring management has clear visibility of opportunities and progress Identify lead opportunities for the sales team Update and maintain customer details and records in our Zoho CRM system Requirements Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent experience in construction estimating/project management) Proven background in estimating, cost planning, or tendering within construction or interiors Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications Strong analytical skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both clients and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Bluebeam or similar software Reliable internet connection (minimum 30MBPS) What We Offer Competitive salary Weekends off 13th Month Pay Weekly payments Medical insurance Opportunity to work with a specialist New Zealand manufacturer at the forefront of acoustic ceiling and wall solutions in Australasia Asona is a specialist New Zealand manufacturer of acoustic ceiling and wall panels based in Auckland, serving the commercial interiors market in both New Zealand and Australia.
