If so—we’re looking for you Job Description As a Shift Supervisor, you will spend your working day mainly at your desk, interacting – in person and via phone and e-mail – with our Game Presenters (your main stakeholder) and management. The role helps you grow organizational skills, as well as fast-paced decision making, thinking outside of the box, and finding creative solutions to ensure adequate staffing to keep operations running. A high level of problem solving and multitasking is required. Ideally, you have previously worked in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability were prioritized. Main tasks Create internal rotation patterns, manage long absences, sick leaves, and schedule changes for Game Presenters/Shufflers Handle uniform inventory Create monthly schedules for Game Presenters/Shufflers Manage various requests from team members and respond in a timely manner Establish and foster cross-departmental cooperation Skills Ability to make decisions requiring independent judgment and to identify and refer issues to the proper authorities Strong teamwork and professional attitude Strong written and verbal communication skills in English High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills Proactive and results-driven approach, logical thinking and decisive Organizational skills Strong character, high stress resistance and good problem-solving skills Ability to negotiate Preferably knowledge of MS Excel Ability to communicate clearly with staff, establishing cooperative links within the team Qualifications Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (6 days on, 2 days off), including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts Must have experience as a Pit Boss or in a supervisory role Must be 21 years of age or older Must be responsible, dedicated, and dependable Additional Information Salary Package PHP 30,000 - 40,000 Benefits HMO with 2 free dependents 25 leave credits Employment details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: General Business Industries: Gambling Facilities and Casinos #J-18808-Ljbffr
