Job Description

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment at client locations.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and submit timely reports on tasks completed.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve equipment performance and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
  • Offer technical advice to clients to optimize their equipment performance.
  • Travel to various client locations in and around PH and APAC.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Field Service Engineer should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial equipment or machinery.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel and work around PH and APAC.
