Job Description
  • Analyze and document business requirements for lending and trade finance processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications for system enhancements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from various teams.
  • Support the testing and implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst Lending Products should have:

  • A background in banking and financial services, particularly in trade finance or lending.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the financial services industry.
