What you will be doing As a change expert, you will be working in a constructive, multidisciplinary squad composed of business analysts, engineers and a product owner. Together, you work on Lending and trade initiatives with the objective to onboard new portfolios to the central finance environment and improve the current way of processing and reporting. You will be the single point of contact from Finance for front-to-end initiatives, and you will coordinate and facilitate activities at squad/tribe and program levels. You will support the product owner and the squad in managing the backlog by translating epics into features and, together with the squad, into user stories. You will analyze information/data, assess input/output adjustments, investigate data quality, and propose solutions to improve quality. You will implement and maintain controls related to minimum accounting standards and support strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery (e.g., functional, acceptance, and migration testing). You will translate solution designs into IT solutions by closely working with IT. The role supports onboarding new portfolios to the central finance environment and improves the processing and reporting of Lending and Trade initiatives. Translation of business needs into Finance user and stakeholder needs (requirements); Act as single point of contact in front-to-end initiatives; Coordinate and facilitate activities on squad / tribe and/or program level; Support the product owner and the squad in managing the backlog by translating epics into features and, together with the squad, into user stories; Information/data analysis: analyze input, output, and data adjustments in end user processes; investigate information needs and data quality and propose improvements; Implement and maintain controls related to minimum accounting standards; Support strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery – by executing functional, acceptance and migration testing; Translate solution designs into IT solutions by closely working with IT; Your education, experience and skills You possess a University (Master’s) degree in (Management) Accounting & Control, Business IT, Accountancy or (Business) economics – exceptional academic track record is a plus; More than five years of experience within the financial industry; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Affinity with IT and innovation; Affinity with the GPC landscape is a plus; Understanding and knowledge of banking processes; Affinity with complex lending products and/or trade finance products is a plus; Knowledge of (Product) Accounting concepts; Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with international stakeholders; Knowledge of Agile is a plus; Actively asks for help and feedback and is not afraid to give feedback; Proactive attitude; Customer focus and is result driven; Team player but also capable of working independently; Good communication skills in oral and written English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
