Job Description Develop and manage SME lending products to meet the needs of clients and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to create strategies that promote product adoption and growth. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for new lending solutions. Ensure product compliance with internal and external regulatory standards. Monitor product performance and implement improvements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product launches and enhancements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product metrics and initiatives for stakeholders. Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure effective product positioning in the market. The Successful Applicant A successful SME Product Manager - Lending should have: Educational background in business, finance, or a related field. Experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry. Proven ability to develop and manage lending solutions for SMEs. Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify and seize market opportunities. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to lending products. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders. Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
