Job Description

  • Develop and manage SME lending products to meet the needs of clients and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency department to create strategies that promote product adoption and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for new lending solutions.
  • Ensure product compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
  • Monitor product performance and implement improvements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless product launches and enhancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on product metrics and initiatives for stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure effective product positioning in the market.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SME Product Manager - Lending should have:

  • Educational background in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage lending solutions for SMEs.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to identify and seize market opportunities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to lending products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
