About the Role We are a growing parking and mobility technology company in the United States seeking an analytical and technically skilled Financial Data Analyst. This critical role focuses on analyzing revenue, costs, and pricing strategies across our network of locations. You will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize profitability. You will serve as the bridge between raw data and executive decision‑making, effectively articulating and presenting findings to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Revenue & Cost Analysis – Deeply analyze revenue streams, operational costs, and margins at individual parking locations and across different market segments. Pricing Strategy – Evaluate and model the impact of the rates we charge, providing data‑driven feedback on pricing effectiveness, elasticity, and opportunities for optimization. Trend Identification – Proactively monitor and report on financial trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify anomalies or shifts in cost and revenue drivers. Performance Feedback – Clearly present findings on trends, performance variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement to leadership and operations teams. Data Sourcing & Integrity – Integrate and validate data from various financial and operational sources (e.g., payment gateways, accounting platforms, operational systems) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Dashboard Development – Design, build, and maintain comprehensive financial and operational dashboards utilizing business intelligence (BI) tools. Financial Modeling – Develop analytical models (e.g., forecasting, profitability analysis) to support strategic business planning and decision‑making. Required Qualifications Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial modeling with a strong focus on revenue and cost analysis. Strong analytical foundation, ideally with expertise in financial analysis, statistics, or a related quantitative field. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills – able to articulate complex financial findings to non‑technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Logistics Location: Remote (Offshore), open to professionals based in the Philippines.Employment Type: Full‑Time.
