The role will have primary responsibility for the report and analysis requirements of the Sales team, including regular category bulletins using Market Pulse and shopper deep dive data and Insights. He/she will support the Shopper & Retail Insights Assistant Manager with Sales related research requirements, taking on specific projects (channels and/or categories) as assigned.What are the Responsibilities?Playing a knowledge management role with the specific purpose of advising the Sales team, so that they can make informed risk-assessed decisions Management and maintenance of reports and analysis using Nielsen RMS and other market data as required by the Sales team Implementing/elevating URC protocols and insights practice as well as contribution to the development of the CMI function locally and regionally Identifying where to play and how to win choices, especially from retail/trade perspective. Providing regular pulse reports that aid in strategy formulation as well as execution plans Continuously monitor business performance and market execution through retail audit, market trends and other tracking studies, and suggests interventions as required. Lead/support shopper and retail studies in to help developing selling stories and/or market execution strategies/plans What are the Qualifications?College graduate with at least 3-5 years of market research experience in Consumer Goods or a related industry Proficient in Nielsen Retail Audit/RMS or Kantar WP.
