Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Strategy Execution:

Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities in line with FMCG market dynamics.

  • Retail Activation:

Ensure effective in-store execution of marketing programs including product displays, shelf arrangements, and promotional signage across supermarkets, convenience stores, and other retail outlets.

  • Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to align trade marketing efforts with sales targets and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

  • Promotional Planning:

Design and manage consumer promotions, trade incentives, and bundling strategies to drive volume and market share.

  • Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor activities, shopper behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize trade marketing strategies.

  • Performance Tracking:

Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns using KPIs such as sales uplift, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.

  • Budget Management:

Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

  • POS Materials & Merchandising:

Oversee the development and distribution of point-of-sale materials, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.

  • Distributor & Retailer Engagement:

Build strong relationships with distributors and retail partners to ensure smooth execution of trade programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in trade marketing or sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools.
