Overview

The Sales Manager at New World Makati Hotel contributes significant revenue in rooms business through account management and business development of new partners. He/she is responsible for direct promotion and selling of the products and services of the hotel whilst ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Background in Japanese language is preferred. The Sales Manager must develop and maintain a consistent high standard hotel image and ensure delivery of service to attain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with the company policies
  • Know all safety and emergency procedures of the hotel
  • Drive and contribute to the overall efficiency of the department
  • Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of any confidential documents, matters, and techniques
  • Model the Company’s culture at all times
  • Take on other tasks as may be necessary or required
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of management experience in sales and marketing
  • Background in Japanese language is preferred
  • Assertive, personable, strategic, with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Team player and self-motivated
  • Ability to develop and maintain a high-standard hotel image and deliver service to attain customer satisfaction
