General Functions
- Work with local and national sales teams throughout the group to ensure all material that is scheduled into channel breaks is available to play-out presentation.
- Material could include but is not limited to commercials, program sponsorship billboards, news update billboards, community service announcements, infomercials.
- Review schedules for missing material and follow up accordingly with the various sales offices.
- Maintain the commercial library system contained in the traffic scheduling/material software application.
- Ensure all commercials have CAD (Commercials Advice) information assigned in accordance with Free TV standards.
- Adjust bookings and material arrangements as required.
- Create Autogen lists on a monthly basis in readiness for schedules to be filled.
- Assist in clearing the local assist inbox of requests made by local sales offices and internally by the department.
- Ensure Network 10 adheres to the Commercial Television Industry Annotated Code of Practice.
- Filling and conflicting commercials on a daily basis as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Commercial Traffic Manager TV or team leaders.
- Represent Network 10 at all times in a professional manner consistent with the group’s company policy manual.
- Faithfully and diligently serve the employer and use best endeavors to promote the employer’s interest and welfare.
