Job Overview Responsible for implementing and maintaining the overall quality system management procedures, systems & infrastructure, and processes related to manufacturing, support and development. Drive quality objectives, key performance metrics, effective documentation and change management system at LEPI: Document Change, Engineering Change, Material Review Board (MRB), Quality Review Board (QRB), Quality Assessment Tool (QAT), Cost of Quality (COQ) etc. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Implement and maintain overall quality system management procedures, systems & infrastructure, processes related to manufacturing, support and development. Develop and monitor quality objectives and key performance metrics, generate action plans for targets not meeting requirements. Implement effective documentation and change management system (Document Change, Engineering Change, MRB, QRB, QAT, COQ). Implement process & quality controls through SPC, develop sampling inspection techniques, first article inspection, incoming quality and outgoing quality inspections. Develop quality control plans and preventive tools such as FMEA and PVC to proactively address potential issues and non-conformances. Ensure calibration system is monitored and compliant with procedure. Practice 7 Quality Tools, analyze problems, manage supplier material quality issues through issuance of SCAR. Handle and manage internal and external audits (Corporate Audit, ISO Audit, Customer Audit), ensure compliance and address non-conformances via CAPA. Drive continual improvement activities, address observations and opportunities for improvement, risk and opportunities. Drive customer focus activities to improve customer satisfaction, customer DPPM and RMA. Drive closure of customer 8D, ensure 24‑hr containment action on complaints. Education and Work Experience Requirements BS (MS preferred) graduate in mathematics, statistics, physics, chemistry, material science, engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 10 years QA experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with manufacturing new line set up; managing engineers or supervisors for at least 5 years. Knowledgeable on SPC, ISO 9001/14001/45001, FMEA, Control Plan, 7QC Tools, 8D, PPAP, internal and external audits, ESD, calibration, reliability and failure analysis. Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen – green belt minimum. Excellent leadership, communication, effective report writing and presentation skills. Excellent problem solver, analytical and statistical skills. Work is required to be onsite and/or hybrid as necessary.
